DEALS - 06-02-2023

Flight examples

The costs for the ensuing flights were current as of publication.
We cannot promise that the following round-trip flights will be offered when you book:

    • Starting from $510, you may fly from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Vienna International Airport (VIE).

    • Starting at $529, flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to VIE.

    • Starting at $538, flights from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to VIE.

    • Starting at $543 from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to VIE.

    • Starting at $556, flights from Denver International Airport (DEN) to VIE.

    • Starting at $564 from BOS to Salzburg Airport (SZG).

    • Starting at $585 from MIA to SZG.

    • Starting at $589, DEN to SZG.

You can find a lot of availability between airlines, depending on the route you want.

For example, you can reserve a round-trip flight from BOS to VIE on Lufthansa, United, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, Air France, or Delta for between $513 and $538.

Please double verify the inclusions with each airline as these are all economy tickets.

For example, this Lufthansa fare allows travelers one free carry-on, but checking a bag would cost $75 for each trip.
Additionally, you can choose your seat starting at $35 and pay up to $50 for preferred seats with more space for your legs.

Add an extra $75 to $85 per trip to check a bag across all of the carriers covered by this package.

Enhance your purchase

Use a credit card that earns bonus points on airfare purchases, such as The Platinum Card® from American Express (5 points per dollar on airfare booked directly with the airline or through American Express Travel, on up to $500,000 on these purchases per calendar year), Citi Prestige® Card (5 points per dollar on airfare), Citi Premier® Card, Chase Sapphire Reserve (3 points per dollar on airfare), American Express® Gold Card (3 points per dollar on airfare when booked directly through the airline or Amex Travel) or the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card (2 points per dollar on travel).

In conclusion

With flights starting in the low $500s and closer to $600, to both Austria's capital and another worthwhile location, this is a good chance to book the first deal of the year to Austria.

Although there is no set "book by" date, we advise making reservations as soon as possible after checking for availability.
