Flight examples

You have many options with these deals. With so many airlines and a large selection, you can travel to the Caribbean with your preferred airline and arrange for these trips to take place during any season over the course of the next 10 months.

We noticed the following flights:

    • United: Starting at $179, flights from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to La Aurora International Airport (GUA).

    • Aeromexico: Starting at $232 flights from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Cancun International Airport (includes a stopover in Mexico City).

    • American: Starting at $252 flights from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) to Cancun.

    • Avianca: Flights from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Tocumen International Airport (PTY) start at $263 (includes a stopover in Bogota, Colombia).

    • American: Flights from LaGuardia (LGA) to Sangster (MBJ) start at $273 (includes a stopover in Charlotte).

    • American: Starting at $346 from Dulles International Airport (IAD) to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).

    • American: Flights from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) begin at $381 (layover in Miami is included).

We advise checking your availability on Google Flights before making direct reservations on the airline's website. Direct airline tickets are more dependable if your flight experiences a cancellation, delay or booking change.

From June 24 to July 4, American is offering two flights leaving from ORD for a cost of $252 if you're flying from Chicago and want to visit the Cancun beaches and resorts.

As for returning flights, American provides similar possibilities — it's just a matter of desire for what time you'd like to leave.

Remember that these cheap rates are only available for the basic economy, the most constrained seat class. Passengers in American's basic economy are limited to one carry-on bag and are required to pay an extra price to select a seat. Additionally, they are not eligible for refunds or ticket modifications.

The price of each seat ranges from $25 to $51. At the time of publication, ordinary seats were practically sold out, so make sure you grab these tickets as soon as possible.

Enhance your purchase

For your flights, be sure to use a credit card that earns bonus points on airfare purchases, such as The Platinum Card® from American Express (5 points per dollar spent on airfare booked directly with the airline or through American Express Travel, on up to $500,000 on these purchases per calendar year), the Citi Prestige® Card (5 points per dollar spent on airfare), the Citi Premier® Card (3 points per dollar spent on airfare), the Chase Sapphire Reserve (3 points per dollar spent on airfare), the American Express® Gold Card (3 points per dollar spent on airfare when booked directly with the airline or through Amex Travel) or the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card (2 points per dollar spent on travel).

In conclusion

This offer is difficult to top overall. These offers to the Caribbean, Mexico, and South America are worthwhile scheduling because of the broad range of travel dates and the availability at most of the major airports in the U.S.

Take advantage of these low tickets while you can because flights will almost certainly sell out.
