Today, Columbus John Glenn International Airport (CMH) will welcome chosen cardholders to a brand-new lounge that American Express and its Centurion Studio partner Escape Lounges will be opening.
This lounge, which is part of Amex's growing network of Centurion Studio locations that have popped up recently at mostly mid-sized airports, is situated at Columbus' B concourse close to Gate 32. This expansion of Amex's partnership with Escape Lounges is just the most recent addition to this network.
Earlier this month, we were given a sneak look at another recently inaugurated Escape Lounges Centurion Studio location, this time at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
This expansion of Amex's network in Columbus is likely to be excellent news for Ohioans waiting to board flights as the company continues to expand its Centurion Studio offering.
Inside the COLUMBUS location of ESCAPE Lounges
This lounge is considerably smaller than some full-scale Centurion Lounges at 2,800 square feet; the largest Centurion Lounge in the world will eventually be found at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), where it is anticipated to open in 2023.
However, this Columbus Escape Lounge location is a perfect area for visitors to escape the concourse's commotion and take use of some fantastic amenities rooted in Ohio's culinary and beverage culture.

When flying with Delta, holders of the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card and the Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card are additionally granted free entry to the Centurion Lounge.
The current guest policy for Amex Platinum cardholders is two free visitors, but this will change in 2023.
The Escape Lounges differ from Centurion Lounges in that anyone traveling without a Centurion membership can buy a day pass for $45 at the door or $40 in advance, in addition to Centurion members having free entry.
