JetBlue introduces a delicious new menu that features its significant premiere.

NEWS - 23-07-2022

The well-regarded Mint business class on JetBlue receives high accolades for its menu of refreshments.

Early in the pandemic, the New York-based carrier announced a collaboration with the famed restaurant business Delicious Hospitality Group, which operates Charlie Bird and Ada's Place, two of the city's most well-known eateries.

JetBlue has already been serving excellent food in Mint, but the improved dining experience helped elevate the offering.
The carrier added first-class details like cocktails shaken and poured at your seat and light canapes as appetizers in addition to delicious cuisine.

The airline is currently making new changes.
While DHG will continue to provide catering, flyers will enjoy fresh selections from the restaurants and chefs at Legacy Records.

Beginning on August 1, passengers flying domestically or to or from London in Mint business class will be able to choose from brand-new menu items with Mediterranean influences.

The menus provide a changing assortment of seasonal small meals (and sweets), such as roasted chicken and cavatelli and crab fregola salad.

The Mint menu for your flight is always available to view on JetBlue's specific website, which is refreshed each month (and will reflect the new Legacy Records menu in the coming days).
By route and time of day, the menus change.

You'll notice that the airline also just introduced allergen symbols on its menus, which is excellent for anyone with dietary restrictions and intolerances.

The first collaboration between JetBlue and DHG took place in late 2020, with the popular Charlie Bird restaurant in the company creating the initial meals. Pasquale Jones then took over in 2021.

The launch of Legacy Records and the beginning of transatlantic flights from Boston are timed well for JetBlue.
Beginning on August 4, the airline will operate flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to London Gatwick Airport (LGW), with service to London Heathrow Airport (LHR) starting on September 20.

On its upcoming long-haul flights, JetBlue will use its new Airbus A321LR.
There are two extra-large Mint Studios on this aircraft, 22 updated Mint suites, 24 extra-large Even More Space seats, and 90 regular economy seats.

Beginning in August, you'll be able to enjoy the new Mint menus even if you're flying domestically on one of JetBlue's older Airbus A321 aircraft.

JetBlue continues to provide some of the best cuisine in coach on its new transatlantic flights, even if the airline's business-class "soft product" is receiving much of the attention.

Dig is offering a build-your-own dinner to travelers going to or from London.
You can select one main dish—such as grilled chicken, meatballs, or roasted mushrooms—and two side dishes. Popular choices like asparagus and macaroni and cheese are available as side dishes.

After the main course, the airline also provides a delectable ice cream treat.
The walk-up pantry at the back of the aircraft is open to passengers in economy class as well and is supplied with beverages and packed snacks.
