Soon, ATL will have an ultra-exclusive lounge and chauffeur service.

NEWS - 27-06-2022

One of the more opulent options for passengers waiting to board a flight is poised to open its doors in the world's busiest airport.
The Los Angeles International Airport's (LAX) semi-secret lounge away from the main terminal comes to mind.
Well, Atlanta will soon adopt the same idea.

ATL travellers will now have access to PS, formerly known as The Private Suite, which currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and is expanding to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). According to airport officials, this will provide ATL travellers with "a private respite away from the bustle of the airport."

The experience is a haven for celebrities and those prepared to pay for a more opulent, deluxe airport experience that offers guests more peace and quiet than even the greatest airport lounges.

A private security check is available to PS members, and they can eat and drink in comfort and solitude while they wait for their aircraft.
They will then be driven to their aircraft by a car.
When arriving from an overseas aircraft and receiving private customs service, travellers can benefit from the same treatment as well.

Although a complete list of features and costs for the new Atlanta facility have not yet been disclosed, what is known about it sounds very similar to the LA location's offers.
In addition to private TSA and customs screening, PS ATL will include lounge space, escorted transportation to and from the aircraft, a wide selection of beverages, and chef-prepared meals.

Travelers taking advantage of this posh airport experience won't check in at the main terminal like they would at the PS facility in California.
The new PS location will be housed in a structure owned by Signature Aviation, the largest private aviation terminal operator in the world, that is close to the Atlanta terminal.

PS co-CEO Joshua Gausman stated in a statement last week that Atlanta is one of the few cities where a PS terminal will fit well.

A range of packages and services are available from PS Los Angeles.
Perhaps its most recognisable choice is the Private Suite, where guests can wait for their flight in total seclusion while receiving care from a team of committed staff members.
When it's time to take off, a private driver takes you to the airport.
These deals begin at $3,450 at LAX for All Access Members.

The Salon, a common lounge area, is accessible to visitors who purchase the least costly package.
Yes, there may be a few other people there, but you won't have to search for a seat because the food and decor are more akin to that of a nice restaurant than an airport lounge.

Along with other lounge visitors, you will travel the elevator up to the aircraft.
Prices for All Access Members at The Salon at LAX start at $695.

Travelers entering or exiting the busiest airports in the world should give this opulent idea some thought now that it is making its way to the East Coast.
Later this year, PS ATL is slated to debut.
